Card Pilot
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Card Pilot LLC (“Card Pilot,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Card Pilot app or website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription or otherwise old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you're using Card Pilot on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business to these terms.
You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
You're also responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Card Pilot calculates profit, ROI and collection value from the numbers you provide; if those are wrong, the outputs will be too.
Card Pilot is a subscription service. Paid plans are offered at the prices shown in the app.
We may change prices. If we do, we'll give you notice before the change affects your renewal, and you can cancel if you don't want to continue.
Each plan includes a maximum inventory size, shown at the point of purchase. If your inventory exceeds the limit of your plan — because you downgraded, or because a subscription lapsed — you will keep access to view and export your existing data, but you may be prevented from adding new cards until you upgrade or reduce your inventory. We won't delete your cards because of a plan change.
Card Pilot's values are estimates, not appraisals, and not financial advice.
Market values, comparable sales, price trends and ROI figures are generated from third-party data and automated matching. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Card grading, print run, parallel, centring and condition all move real-world prices in ways automated matching may not capture.
Do not treat any number in this app as a guaranteed sale price or a valuation you can rely on for insurance, tax, lending or investment purposes. Verify independently before you buy, sell, trade or insure. Any decision you make is yours.
Where Card Pilot cannot confirm that comparable sales match your exact card, it will say so rather than show a price. Where a value is estimated rather than derived from a confirmed match, it is labelled as an estimate. Please read those labels — they exist because the difference matters.
Card show listings, dates, venues, table counts and admission prices come from promoters and public sources and may change or be cancelled without notice. Confirm details with the promoter before travelling. We're not responsible for shows that move, change or don't happen.
Card Pilot integrates with third-party services including market data providers, mapping, calendar and marketplace platforms such as eBay. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours, and we're not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.
Your collection data and photos are yours. You keep ownership of them.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, storing your photos so they appear in your inventory, or sending a scan to an image recognition service so the card can be identified. We don't use your content for advertising, don't sell it, and don't show it to other users.
Don't use Card Pilot to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload content you don't have the rights to, scrape or bulk-extract data, attempt to breach security or access another user's data, resell or redistribute our market data, or interfere with the service's operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that do any of these.
We work to keep Card Pilot running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a feature you paid for, we'll act reasonably about it.
You can stop using Card Pilot and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY VALUATION, COMPARABLE SALE, OR MARKET FIGURE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARD PILOT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Card Pilot LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use Card Pilot after a change means you accept it.
